UASB upflow anaerobic sludge bed reactor is the company absorbs the domestic and foreign achievements in digestion, and jointly developed with the Shandong University organic wastewater treatment technology development, has been successfully used in various industrial wastewater treatment.
Working principle:
The upper part of the USAB reactor set gas, solid and liquid separator, the lower sludge suspension layer and sludge bed zone, waste water from the bottom of the reactor for sludge pump into uniform area, and anaerobic sludge full contact reaction, organic matter decomposition into biogas by anaerobic microorganisms. The liquid, the gas and the solid form the mixed liquid flow to rise to the three-phase separator, so that the three are well separated, so that more than 80% of the organic matter is converted into biogas, the completion of wastewater treatment process.

Application scope:

        Processing capacity of the medium temperature conditions (35 degrees Celsius, the denominator for the normal temperature conditions (20-25 C);
