        Treatment process:
        There is a large amount of pig manure wastewater, offal waste and animal oil, so the concentration of organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus in sewage water is very high. The system used in this project is a combination of anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic biological process, which can achieve the purpose of removing COD, BOD, N, P at the same time. It is equipped with the pre-treatment device (solid-liquid separation, sand, oil separation) and biological purification treatment, so as to meet the environmental discharge standards.
        The process is as follows:
        High concentration wastewater from a slaughterhouse sewage sump by ditch inflow, and the coarse and fine two grid interception sundries in sewage. Then, the sewage pump is lifted to the hydraulic screen, and the solid-liquid separation is carried out, and then flows into the anaerobic reactor. In order to improve the efficiency of anaerobic digestion, the anaerobic reactor was divided into three grids. The first two grids were upflow anaerobic digestion tank, and the third grid was anaerobic filter. The anaerobic effluent was mixed with the dilute sewage in the intermediate water tank to regulate the ratio of BOD to COD, which was increased from 0.27 to 0.35. The mixed sewage enters the anoxic tank, and the three-dimensional elastic filler is arranged in the anoxic tank to increase the biomass in the anoxic tank and improve the removal rate. The upper part of the anoxic tank is provided with an oxygen tank for aerobic treatment. Finally, the treated water enters the biological purification tank and is discharged into the river around the city after further purification. Process flow see figure below.
        Main technical parameters:
        In order to realize the low cost, low energy consumption, low operation cost and high removal rate of the target, in addition to aerobic solid-liquid separation and spray device is provided with a small power sewage pump, the rest were built in the underground, the use of hydraulic drop water, artesian artesian water. The reasonable combination of anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic biological treatment of three levels, the main technical parameters:
        (1) pool: 25m, residence time of 12 hours, underground.
        (2) hydraulic screen 4.8m stainless steel sieve plate, ground.
        (3) sand tank: 4m, half floor.
        (4) anaerobic digester: 100M, residence time of 4 days, underground. Anaerobic filter: 50m, residence time of 2 days, underground.
        (5) intermediate pool: 5m, residence time of 5 hours, underground.
        (6) anoxic pool: 100M, residence time of 4 days, underground.
        (7) spray oxygen tank: 25m, residence time of 12 hours, ground.
        (8) water and biological purification tank: 300m, stay for 8 days.
